Relationship Issues.

Whether you’re 18 or 58, a broken heart hurts just the same!

If you’ve been left wondering where it all went wrong, haven’t had the closure or explanation that you deserved, if you’re blaming yourself or are worried that you’ll never meet anyone again, don’t worry-you will survive and thrive again!!

But, before heading back out into the dating world again it’s a good idea to take care of yourself first and to deal with any issues that your ex-partner has left behind, like anxiety, lack of confidence and self-worth, trust issues, to name but a few.

Hypnotherapy along with Counselling Skills can help you to understand and manage the hurt and disappointment you’re feeling, improve your confidence and self-esteem and to help you find the courage to move on with your life.

After the in-depth initial consultation, you will have a hypnotherapy session which will leave you feeling relaxed and less anxious.

The following hour long sessions will be tailored to your individual needs, ranging from improving your confidence, raising your self-esteem, changing any self-sabotaging behaviours and ideas, to any intimacy issues you may have.

The combination of Counselling Skills and Hypnotherapy will help you to recognise and re-frame any issues you have in as little as four weekly sessions, so that you’re ready to move forwards with your life again, this time confident, assured and knowing that you deserve a worthwhile, committed and loving relationship.

Remember, we all have to kiss a lot of frogs before we meet our Prince or Princess Charming.
