Hello, I'm Deirdre and I'm a qualified and accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist based on the Causeway Coast.
I work for an addiction agency as well as having my own private practice in Coleraine and Limavady, working with adults who may be experiencing a broad range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. Whether you're suffering from anxiety, addiction, struggling with bereavement and loss or going through tricky and overwhelming life changes I can work alongside you to help you find the resolutions you need. Whatever is troubling you, I will always treat you with empathy, respect, warmth and confidentiality.
I offer sessions in person, online and by telephone.
