Hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy uses the power of your subconscious mind to support you in achieving the positive changes you want in your life. It's a natural method to resolve issues that are preventing you from reaching your full potential. Through hypnotherapy you will reach a focused state, using relaxation techniques, and I will then be able to speak directly to your subconscious mind to introduce helpful suggestions which will support you on your path to conquering your issues.

Hypnotherapy is a very personal process and clients offer differing descriptions of their experiences when in a hypnotic trance. Many people describe it as being similar to day dreaming or meditation where they are very relaxed, yet aware of what is going on around them.

Hypnotherapy can be successful when dealing with a wide range of issues, including anxiety and stress, promoting motivation, insomnia, weight loss, addictions and grief.
