Road Blocks??

Do you feel a bit stuck? Same negative thoughts and issues going around in your mind? Not sure how to move forward and make the changes that you know you need to make?

I'm not sure if it's the time of year, looking towards autumn again, but lots of people seem to be feeling a bit flat by the end of summer, including me.

Maybe it's time for a change, a slower pace of life, more time and space for us to make the changes in our lives that have been on the back-burner during the summer?

If you're feeling that it's time to make those life changes that have been niggling at the back of your mind, the coming months could be the time to finally put those plans or life changes into place so that you can thrive in life, rather than just survive.

Counselling or hypnotherapy can be the catalyst you need to get clear on the direction you want your life to travel in. If you're ready to make some lifestyle changes I've got the following appointments available in either Limavady or Coleraine

Causeway Coast Counselling & Hypnotherapy has the following appointments available week beginning 20th August.

Limavady at the Roe Valley Therapy Centre on Tuesdays at 11am only.

Coleraine at Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust building on Thursdays at 11am, 12pm and 1pm. Limited evening appointments available too.

Counselling sessions are available face to face, online or by phone.

If you are ready to start your journey please contact me through the website on: https://www.causewaycoastcounsellingandhypnotherapy.com

or leave a message on 07842 480 260

We can arrange a 10 minute introductory phone call to discuss your needs and to answer any questions you may have.
