Road Blocks...An alternative route...

How are you dealing with those road blocks in your life, have you decided to take an alternative route so that you can navigate past those negative thoughts, feelings and situations?

Of course there's nothing wrong with questioning our thoughts, feelings and situations, but when they turn into assumptions and those assumptions lead to internal criticism and negatively impact your mental health, it's time to stop and look for an alternative route.

Remember, that the beauty of being the person who built the road is that you can turn it in any direction you like.

Counselling or hypnotherapy can be the catalyst you need to get clear on the direction you want your life to travel in. If you're ready to make those changes I've got the following appointments available in either Limavady or Coleraine.

Causeway Coast Counselling & Hypnotherapy has the following appointments available week beginning 9th September:

Limavady at the Roe Valley Therapy Centre on Tuesdays at 11am, 12pm & 4pm.

Coleraine at Zachary Geddis Break the Silence Trust building on Thursdays at 11am, 12pm and 1pm. Limited evening appointments available too.

Counselling sessions are available face to face, online or by phone.

If you are ready to start your journey please contact me through the website on: https://www.causewaycoastcounsellingandhypnotherapy.com

or text 07842 480 260

We can arrange a 10 minute introductory phone call to discuss your needs and to answer any questions you may have.
